Wolf Concrete is undertaking a tilt-up grind and patch project to enhance the aesthetics, durability, and structural integrity of the existing tilt-up concrete panels. This project involves carefully grinding down the surface imperfections and applying specialized patching materials to ensure a smooth and uniform appearance while addressing any structural deficiencies.

Scope of Work:

  1. Site Preparation: Clearing the work area, ensuring safety measures are in place, and securing necessary permits.
  2. Surface Assessment: Thoroughly inspecting the tilt-up concrete panels to identify cracks, spalls, delaminations, or any other surface imperfections.
  3. Grinding: Utilizing specialized grinding equipment to remove surface irregularities, such as protrusions, unevenness, and rough patches.
  4. Patching: Applying high-quality patching materials to fill in cracks, repair spalls, and restore the integrity of the concrete surface.
  5. Surface Finishing: Smoothing out patched areas to blend seamlessly with the surrounding concrete surface, ensuring a uniform appearance.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough inspections throughout the project to verify the effectiveness of the grinding and patching process.
